The hotel provided me with a mixed experience. While the rooms were noisy and struggled to cool properly, the hotel locations in San Diego, Boston, and NYC were convenient. The service was fantastic with helpful and courteous staff, though some disruptive noise was present at times. The facilities were satisfactory with a nice selection of amenities.

Our stay was quite pleasant overall. We enjoyed the comfort and cleanliness of the rooms and appreciated the friendly and accommodating staff.
